Yes the background on my blog is supposed to be plain white. Kind of boring huh? haha I started working on layouts but it was getting to confusing and I wanted to get it all up and running so I stuck with white. Later maybe I will try to design something a little more fun. :)
For the bar on the top I followed this tutorial here:
Scroll down till you see the posts about the Navigational Bar! I got stuck on step 8/9!! For the page element you want to use just a HTML gadget, it wasn't really clarified in the tutorial! Hehe. Ok I'll ttyl!
